Côtes du Rhône Blanc 2005
|
 |
Produced from "Vinsobres" soil, this wine provides a perfect balance between the freshness of its fruit and its large palate. It can be served as an aperitif or as an accompaniment to grilled fish and hot or cold starters.
You will not be disappointed with this original Côtes du Rhône, from LA TOUR DE L'ISLE.
Wine Merchant, Robert Rocchi, gained his credibility during 23 years at the "Caveau de la Tour" in the Provencal town of Isle sur la Sorgue near La Fontaine de Vaucluse.
Known for his particular value in his native country, Rocchi is recognized by wine professionals for winning the gold medal at the Paris Agricultural Show in 1995 with his winning red Côtes du Rhône "Tour de l'Isle 1994".
Nowadays, he is working with selected wine growers to assemble a range of wine from the south of the Côtes du Rhône.
Guy MEFFRE has known Robert ROCCHI for more than 25 years. He has tasted the different wines of LA TOUR DE L'ISLE and without hesitation has decided to sell this range of wine through CHEFONWEB as a "COUP DE COEUR"
