"Larks Without Head" (Meatballs)

This recipe from Provence does not include any larks, but pork meat balls wrapped in a thin slice of beef, in an aromatic tomato and white wine sauce.
In a saucepan with water, heat the jar without removing the cap. After five minutes remove the cap and pour the contents into a saucepan. Cook over a low heat for 5 minutes. Serve hot with polenta or pasta.

Lamb Feet and Stomach

The Lamb feet and stomach are prepared in an aromatic tomato and white wine sauce. A specialty for connoisseurs.
Heat the jar in boiling water without removing the lid. After 3 minutes remove the lid and pour the contents in a saucepan. Cook over a low heat for 15 minutes. Serve hot with boiled potatoes.
